All free icons and illustrations come with a Personal License and cannot be used in any commercial capacity.
You are free to:
- Use our free icons and illustrations for any personal, non-commercial projects, modified or unmodified, without attribution or cost.
- Create end products for personal use (e.g., personal social media, presentations).
You cannot:
- Use the assets in any project that generates profit.
- Use the assets to create end products for sale or distribution.
- Redistribute, resell, or sublicense the assets wether modified or not.
- Use assets for business social media or advertisements.
- Use our icons or illustrations as the primary element of a product for resale (e.g., in a template or design asset pack).
Summary: Use our free assets as part of your personal projects, but don't use them in any way that's intended to be distributed or sold to others..
Paid Design Assets License
Pixels Market offers three license types for paid assets (e.g., mockups, 3D assets, illustration packs, presentations, UI kits, and icon packs):1. Personal License
Allows you to:
- Use purchased assets for personal, non-commercial projects.
- Create end products for personal use (e.g., personal social media, presentations).
Does not allow you to:
- Use assets in any project that generates profit.
- Create end products for sale or distribution.
- Use assets for business social media or advertisements.
- Redistribute, resell, or sublicense the assets.
Examples of Allowed Use:
- Creating a personal blog design using purchased assets.
- Designing personal stationery or invitations.
- Adding illustrations to personal presentations or portfolios.
Examples of Prohibited Use:
- Using assets to create a website or app for a business or organization.
- Designing merchandise (e.g., T-shirts or mugs) for sale.
- Including assets in business-related social media posts or advertisements.
2. Commercial License
Allows you to:
- Use purchased assets for commercial projects, including work for clients or your business.
- Create unlimited end products for clients or internal business purposes.
- Use assets in digital and physical advertisements with unlimited impressions.
- Agencies or freelancers may use assets to create end products for clients, provided the client does not receive the original asset files.
Does not allow you to:
- Transfer, sublicense, or share the original assets with clients.
- Create end products for sale or templates for distribution.
- Redistribute, resell, or sublicense the assets.
Examples of Allowed Use:
- Designing a client's website or app using a UI kit.
- Creating advertisements (digital or physical) for a business using illustrations or mockups.
- Incorporating icons into a company's internal dashboard or presentation.
Examples of Prohibited Use:
- Sharing the original asset files with a client as part of a deliverable.
- Creating a PowerPoint template using illustrations and selling it on a marketplace.
- Using assets to create a competing product, such as a design asset pack.
Clarification:The agency or freelancer retains ownership of the license. The client receives only the final project deliverable (e.g., website, app, or design) and does not gain any rights to the original assets.
3. Extended Commercial License (for companies with 10+ employees)
Allows you to:
- Use assets to create end products for sale, including digital or physical products with unlimited circulation.
- Create unlimited advertisements and use assets across multiple business social media accounts.
- Modify assets as part of a project for sale, provided they are not the primary component.
- Agencies or businesses may use assets to create end products for clients, provided the client does not receive the original asset files.
Does not allow you to:
- Redistribute, resell, or sublicense the assets.
- Claim copyright ownership of the assets.
- Create templates, themes, or design asset packs for resale or distribution.
Examples of Allowed Use:
- Designing merchandise (e.g., T-shirts, mugs) for sale using an illustration integrated into a larger design.
- Developing a client's app or website where assets are part of the design.
- Creating a printed product, such as a brochure or book cover, for sale.
Examples of Prohibited Use:
- Reselling the assets as part of a template or design pack.
- Using assets to create a competing product like a new UI kit or icon library.
- Creating a design where the asset is the primary or central component of a product for sale (e.g., a poster that relies solely on an illustration).
Clarification:The original purchaser retains ownership of the license. Clients may only receive the final project deliverable and not the original asset files. Assets cannot be the primary component of products for sale, and templates or design packs cannot be created for resale.
General Terms for Paid Licenses:
- Reselling the assets as part of a template or design pack.
- Using assets to create a competing product like a new UI kit or icon library.
- Creating a design where the asset is the primary or central component of a product for sale (e.g., a poster that relies solely on an illustration).
Note: Violation of these terms may result in legal action. By using Pixels Market, you agree to these license terms.
